The text provides an ideal introduction and guide to conveyancing, both to experienced and inexperienced readers. It breaks down the various stages down to enable the reader to quickly locate the relevant section. The Appendix also includes a number of practical precedents and forms which provides the reader with an ideal starting place and, ultimately, a one-stop resource. The authors constantly include practical tips for conveyancers ranging from useful websites to points to consider when amending contracts. Numerous references are made to the relevant Land Registry forms which saves considerable time which can, as always, be better spent! Each section of the text includes extremely useful summaries of the key points. This ensures that the important points are not overlooked by the reader. Similarly, practical check-lists are included at the end of each chapter. These are extremely relevant and very useful aide mémoir for the busy practitioner. This is an excellent text. It provides a superb account of the conveyancing procedures. The useful precedents, practical checklists and key points means that the confusion conveyancing can cause is quickly overcome!
