Russell's legal interests include commercial litigation, common law, company law, intellectual property law, information technology law and contract and tort.

Russell is a commercial litigator who specialises finance litigation.  Typical work includes matters arising out of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, wrongful interference with goods claims and sale of goods litigation.

Annette’s main legal interests lie in criminal, family and property law. She is also interested in the wider socio-legal aspects of law including criminology and penology.

Annette is currently working for the Land Registry and has responsibility for processing the applications for first registration of previously unregistered property.
